Pierce the capsule
- Your coffee machine features problems with leaks or coffee not flowing correctly?
- The gasket of the diffuser plate is probably damaged.
- To change this plate that pierces the capsule, there's nothing simpler:

- Phase 1: disconnect the power supply of the device
- Phase 2: remove the removable capsule holder
- Phase 3: close the handle of the capsule holder. With this operation, the plate lowers, revealing a hole the size of a pin on the top.
- Step 4: take a paperclip, open it and insert it into the hole to release the plate
- Step 5: check the condition of the gasket and if necessary replace the entire piece, then put it back in place (the pin should be positioned in front of you)
